January Updates 2012 North Atlanta GA

As of January 4th, 2012, there are a few new mortgage tips just received in my email:

FHA loan limits are back up to $346,250.
Upfront MI remains the same at 1%.

the real estate market is really picking up around here. Great deals in both foreclosures and regular inventory with people needing to move without a short sale circumstance.

Our site tries to provide as many useful tools as possible for both sellers and buyers.
